Yosion’s cross belt sampler system consists of cross belt sampler, feeder conveyor, sealed ring hammer crusher, splitter, automatic divider, rejected material returning system and control system. This system realizes automation of material sampling & preparation and can determine randomly interval and frequency of sampling and finish automatically whole process of sampling, preparation, crushing, splitting, collecting and rejected material returning. The samples are strong representative and can reflect authenticity of material quality.

The system is suitable for sampling various powder and bulk material which are ≦260mm from conveyors with any width.
