First the coal gas producer make out coal gas, preheat the inclined bottom furnace a required temperature, raw materials will be placed at the inclined hearth furnace by the lifting hook after entry into the heating furnace heated to a certain temperature. The sticking steel machine make the round steel ejection inclined hearth furnace into the feeding holder, pipe turning-over device send the round steel into the piercing mill feeding rack, and then send by the steel supporting machine into piercing mill main machine to make coarse punching. After the steel pipe coarse punching forming ,the turning-over device will turn the steel pipe into the tactic holders and then send into the pipe mill feeding holder. The feeding holder will send the steel pipe into the twice hot rolling mill to hot rolled again .Twice hot-rolled steel pipe goes into the diameter sizing machine make the final steel pipe forming, and then the steel pipe goes into the straightening machine by tactic holders and feeding holders, make the pipe straightening processing, after straightening the pipe will be sent into the tactic holder and loading holders for pipe sizing and end cutting , inspection and storage.
